Remanufactured engines/ Core exchange engines

Here at Arthur's Motorsports we strive to ensure the best possible outcome for your motor. Through our core exchange/ rebuild program or custom mild to wild build we can get you back up and running. 

Once the motor arrives, we completely disassemble, inspect, and clean the engine properly to determine engine failure. 

Finally, the motor is remanufactured to O.E.M. specifications using O.E.M. and aftermarket parts. 

Step 1

Chose an enigine for remanufacture or custom build from website. Checkout and upon payment completion you will receive a shipping preparation email for your core engine. A crate will arrive within 2-7 business days for your core engine with the address listed at checkout.  

Step 2

Prepare your engine for shipping and pick up according to shipping prep sheet in email. Contact us via phone or email once motor is prepared for shipment. We will schedule a pickup for the next business day or preferred time. A B.O.L will be provided via email to be printed off and attached to the crate for shipment. 

Step 3

Once we recieve the engine it will be dissassembled, inspected, and remanufactured to O.E.M specifications. If there are any issues with your core such as, cracked cases, damanged cylinder head, or missing components, etc we will notify you with options of price before going forward. Allow up to 20 weeks for remanufacture process. 

Step 4

Confirm the return drop off date and follow proper engine break in procedure. Enjoy the Arthur's motorsports power plant!
